PT Nurse Practitioner

Overview

This part‑time (12 hours/week), Nurse Practitioner role is
ideal for a provider who values flexibility while still making a meaningful #Impact in a mission‑driven outpatient setting. Based in Rockland, ME, you will
support patients engaged in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment through a blend of in‑person care and remote follow‑up.

  solid foundation in #MAT protocols, OUD treatment, and evidence‑based
  addiction care

  diverse patient population

  organizational skills and comfort balancing in‑person visits with remote
  follow‑up care

Responsibilities:

• Patient
  Exams: Complete admission, readmission, and annual physicals; review
  labs with patients.
  
• Medication
  Management: Issue medication change orders (including verbal orders
  per state rules) and ensure accurate nursing follow‑through.
  
• Documentation: Review, complete, and sign required clinical documentation and reports.
  
• Team
  Support: Train and support nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent
  clinical practice.
  

Requirements

• Current and active state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of operation.
  
• Psychiatric Mental Health​ Certification (Preferred) 
  
• Active DEA Registration (Schedules II, III C) with the ability/waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
  
• Active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.
