About the Role: This is an opening role and requires selected candidate to arrive at 6:15am to ensure the school is open and ready for staff, students and parents to arrive.

We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant / Resource Teacher to join our team at Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, where you'll help provide the best care and education for young children.

Hours: 6:15 AM – 11:30 AM
Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

Support the office with opening procedures

Support classroom teachers as needed

Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Answer phone calls and greet parents and visitors

Support the team with various office tasks

Requirements:

Previous office or administrative experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for working with children and families
