Job Description:

Any experience in implementing daily recreational, social, sensory, and leisure activities according to activity calendar is a plus!

· Adapt activities to meet individual support needs, communication styles, mobility levels, and behavioral considerations.

· Encourage resident participation using positive, respectful, and person‑centered approaches.

· Assist with community outings, ensuring safety, supervision, and meaningful engagement.

· Support residents in developing leisure skills, independence, and self‑expression.
