Position Overview



We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a full-time or PRN capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

  • Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
