Position Summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, amenities, and facilities to meet our 5-star standards. This role will also support resort operations by managing deliveries and assisting with event setup, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and guests. 

Performance Objectives:

• Clean, sanitize, and stock resort restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain washers and dryers, including surface cleaning and lint removal.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Clean windows, screens, and ledges; ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all offices; empty trash containers regularly.
• Receive and organize deliveries of food, beverages, and retail items.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of resort events and activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or defective equipment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED 
• Must be hardworking, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service 
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities 
• Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work  
• Experience with event setup or logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety measures required when using various cleaning chemicals 

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly Stand, Walk, and use hands 
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 lbs. 
• Exposure to varying temperatures and indoor/outdoor environments.
