Position : Public Relation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced PR specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, substantial experience with media, and the capability to effectively plan and execute external-facing events.

What will you do? 

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlet across Print, TV and digital.


• Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communications as needed.


• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for meetings and events with external stakeholders.


• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, stakeholder meetings, and industry conferences.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless event execution.


• Develop event materials, including agendas, invitations, and promotional content.


• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.


• Coordinate with external agencies and consultants as necessary.


• Experience handling social media channels and product relevant social media content.


• Experience in budget planning, management, and consolidation.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations


• Proven track record of managing PR campaigns and media relations.


• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events with internal and external stakeholders.


• Experience in a publicly - listed global company (preferably a US-listed company ) 


• Ability to collaborate with various teams across the company


• High proficiency in English
