Public Relations & Communications Assistant - Entry Level

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our dynamic outreach and events team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of local outreach events, pop-up activations, and awareness campaigns

• Represent nonprofit partners and clients at events, clearly communicating their mission and impact to the public

• Help set up and maintain event branding through signage, displays, and promotional materials

• Contribute to the development and delivery of public messaging for campaigns and live interactions

• Gather feedback from attendees, monitor engagement, and help compile performance reports

• Collaborate closely with the PR and events team to improve outreach strategies and expand campaign reach
