Job Description

We are looking for a Public Relations Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will support our communications department by assisting with media outreach, event coordination, press materials, and client relations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building brand reputation and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

• Coordinate media coverage, press events, and community engagements.

• Support the management of client and media relationships.

• Monitor news outlets, media mentions, and industry trends.

• Help organize and execute promotional events and campaigns.

• Maintain internal records of press activities and media contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with media outlets and basic PR tools.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Prior internship or experience in PR, communications, or related roles is a plus.
