Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our public relations efforts and ensuring that our organization maintains a positive image in the public eye. This position requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering relationships between the company and its stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of public relations campaigns.


• Draft press releases, announcements, and other communication materials.


• Create and maintain media lists for outreach purposes.


• Monitor media coverage and track public sentiment about the company.


• Assist with the organization of promotional events and press conferences.


• Support the preparation of reports on PR activities and their effectiveness.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Previous internship or relevant experience in public relations or communications is preferred.
