In this role, you will support public relations and communications initiatives while helping coordinate campaigns, events, client activities, and day-to-day communication efforts. Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of public relations and communication initiatives.
• Support the coordination of events, meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Help prepare written materials, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate schedules, project details, and communication between team members.
• Assist with maintaining consistent messaging across campaigns and client initiatives.
• Track project progress and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the public relations team.
• Represent Catch Vibe Voice professionally during meetings, events, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with different departments to support company and client objectives.
