Public Relations Assistant - Entry Level

We’re hiring an enthusiastic and organized Event Promotions Assistant to help plan and execute live outreach campaigns and promotional events on behalf of nonprofit organizations and charitable causes.

✅ Key Responsibilities

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in promoting nonprofit missions through in-person outreach, public engagement, and live event execution.

• Coordinate, plan, and execute live promotional events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Represent nonprofit partners to build awareness, drive engagement, and attract donor support

• Maintain a positive public image for clients through targeted PR and community marketing efforts

• Cultivate strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members

• Assist with designing and implementing customized marketing strategies for each nonprofit client

• Manage marketing collateral, displays, and event tools to ensure maximum campaign impact

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned with each cause’s mission and goals
