Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing the public image of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote our brand, engage with various stakeholders, and strengthen relationships with the media. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.


• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.


• Maintain and cultivate relationships with media representatives and journalists.


• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR metrics and effectiveness.


• Coordinate and support press events, product launches, and promotional activities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR software and tools.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Understanding of social media platforms and their role in PR strategies.
