Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our expanding communications team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a positive public image for our organization by effectively managing media relations, crafting compelling press materials, and coordinating public events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials.


• Coordinate and manage media relations to secure coverage in various outlets.


• Assist in planning and executing public events and promotional activities.


• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment related to the organization.


• Support the creation and maintenance of content for social media and digital platforms.


• Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Experience with media monitoring and press release distribution.
