Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our organization's public image and communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations campaigns to enhance the organization's image and visibility.


• Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.


• Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other publicity materials.


• Coordinate and organize press conferences, interviews, and public events.


• Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on PR effectiveness and public sentiment.


• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.


• Respond promptly to inquiries from the public, media, and other stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Familiarity with media relations and communication strategies


• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
