Position: Government / public administration (Meridian)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs for government and public administration tasks.
• Develop and refine Rubric style tasks to enhance AI model performance.
• Collaborate with public sector consultants to ensure alignment with policy and civic program goals.
• Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and model accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in public sector consulting or policy analysis.
• Confidence in designing LLM prompts and evaluating model outputs.
