Position Overview:

The Illinois State Police (ISP) Office of Human Resources is seeking a detail oriented and service focused individual to join our team. Under administrative direction, the Benefits Manager oversees all ISP employee benefit and timekeeping functions. The role directs and coordinates the ISP Workers’ Compensation Program, Group Insurance Program, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Retirement Services, Secondary Employment, Deferred Compensation, and Timekeeping Programs through subordinate staff. The manager provides expert benefits and timekeeping guidance and serves as a full‑line supervisor, responsible for assigning work, reviewing performance, and ensuring program compliance and service excellence across all functional areas.  ISP encourages all those who qualify to apply!
