Administrative role with wide scope of duties to support the Purchasing Manager in our SCV office.
Tracking, distribution reports, work with vendors, compliance duties, prepare and distribute agreement letters, new vendor set up, work with subcontractors, master contracts and bid processes.
Handle web-based payables, work order, payment requests and terms. Daily reconcilliation and processing of accounts receivable. Handle requests for renewals, and process contact management forms.
Strong aptitude in office skills with the ability to work in a busy office. MS Office proficiency. Quick touch typing, excellent telephone and communication skills,
2+ years experience in administrative role. Stable work history needed.
$20-$25 depending on the level of experience and skills. College degree highly desired and will consider someone attending college to complete their degree.
M-F 8a-5pm, Temporary-to-hire.
