Purchasing Agent - Pricing Focus

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for pricing analysis? Hubbard Supplyhouse is looking to add a Pricing Agent to our dynamic purchasing team. As a Pricing Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining up-to-date and accurate product data in our ERP (Solar Eclipse). Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to maintaining accurate pricing, product descriptions, and performing product file purges.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain an accurate and up-to-date product file in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.

· Implement and communicate vendor price adjustments in a timely manner.

· Review and verify purchase order variances.

· Prepare and present price-based reports for management.

· Maintain cost-based matrices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

· Proven experience in pricing analysis or a similar role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
