Purchasing Analyst

Arbor & Elite Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our team located in Louisville, KY. This position will assist the procurement initiatives of our Purchasing and Production Teams. We are seeking collaborative & analytical professionals who thrive on opportunities to assist and facilitate business solutions and metrics.

What Will You Be Doing?

· Cost analysis of existing trades and potential opportunities

· Generate and review purchasing data for month end reports (cost, variances, etc.)

· Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, portal training)

· Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications

· Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents

· Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies

· Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
