Purchasing Coordinator

Kimco Staffing is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator!
Hours 6am-2:30pm
Monday - Friday
Pay $25- $27 DOE

Job Duties:Will work under general supervision of the Purchasing ManagerWill maintain Inventory Review and receive products Assign drivers for pick up and delivery of productsWill purchase items utilizing Made2Manage system Made any corrections needed on inventory Verifies product prices and delivery times Will follow up with vendors to verify orders purchased. Give drivers trip route for pick up and deliveriesClose purchase orders that are cancelled or incomplete











Requirements: Must have High school Diploma or GEDThree years Purchasing experience required in a manufacturing environmentProficient in Word, Excel, OutlookExperience with M2M management is a plusBilingual in Spanish is a plus Great management skills Detail oriented
