We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Coordinator to support internal operations and day-to-day production activities across our homebuilding company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across multiple teams and priorities and is eager to build expertise in purchasing operations and construction processes.
The Purchasing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Senior Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Agent in daily activities, gaining hands-on familiarity with product specifications, material usage, industry standards, construction practices, building codes, and company policies and procedures. Success in this role requires the ability to make sound independent decisions when appropriate, manage varying schedules, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
