IntegraONE is seeking a full-time Purchasing Coordinator for our Allentown office. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for orders placed through our distributors and any ongoing issues or RMA’s in progress. In this position you will work closely with Sales, ISR (inside sales reps) and our order entry team. You will be responsible for facilitating communication on all open orders internally, for our customers and internal teams to have accurate order status information. Prior experience in the computer/IT field, or with a VAR (Value Added Reseller) is preferred. Qualified applicants must have at least 2+ years’ experience in an office environment.
Daily & Monthly Responsibilities:
· Create Purchase Orders and send them electronically to distribution as orders come in.
· Track orders with distribution for ETS dates, consistently update internal software with accurate dates.
· Interact with Account Managers, Service Team and Inside Sales Reps frequently.
· Handle RMA’s (returns), discrepancies, mis-shipments, and all other Purchasing discrepancies.
· Coordinate internally with issues regarding EOL (end of life) products and expired cost quotes.
· Maintain Internal records for all open POs and follow up daily with orders until they ship.
· Check reports daily from internal software to improve team visibility from distributor websites.
· Initiate vendor returns in internal software for tracking.
· Coordinate with Accounting on setting up new Vendors authorized for making new purchases.
· Assisting with Data Entry and Projects as needed
Qualifications:
· The role is initially in-person in our Allentown Office, with the potential Hybrid option after 3-month probationary period has been successfully completed.
· This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
· Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 – 5:00 with ½ hour lunch, or 8 to 4:30 with ½ hour lunch.
· 2+ years in an office environment is preferred.
· High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
· Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
· Ability to work as a team member and maintain a positive attitude.
· Experience with MS Office365, Webex Teams, Adobe, Oracle NetSuite, and ConnectWise a plus (but not required)
· Experience working in a VAR (Value Added Reseller) Environment a plus.
· Experience in Small Business (less than 100 employees) a plus.
