The Purchasing Planner works cross-functionally and with the supplier base to understand capacity and determine the strategy around utilizing available capacity for each of the supplier sites that support the segment. Capacity modeling for all key constraints should be created and maintained, integrating the industrialization and demand profile changes throughout the planning horizons. This is a critical input to the overall purchasing plan and strategic decisions. This planner will ensure that capacity is optimized to support overall business objectives by identifying and owning action plans to mitigate under/overutilized capacity within the segment.

Le/La Planificateur/trice Achats est chargé(e) d'optimiser la capacité des fournisseurs à atteindre les objectifs opérationnels grâce à la modélisation stratégique de la capacité et à la collaboration interfonctionnelle. Ce poste implique de tenir à jour les données de l’ERP et de gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs pour équilibrer efficacement l'utilisation de la capacité. Ses principales missions consistent à créer des modèles de capacité d'achat, en les alignant sur la planification de la demande et en supervisant la communication entre équipes.
Descriptif du poste
Le/La Planificateur/trice Achats travaille de manière interfonctionnelle et avec la base de fournisseurs pour évaluer la capacité et déterminer la stratégie d'utilisation de la capacité disponible pour chacun des sites fournisseurs qui soutiennent le segment. Une modélisation des capacités pour toutes les contraintes clés doit être élaborée et tenue à jour, en intégrant les changements de profil d'industrialisation et de demande, sur l’ensemble des aspects de la planification. Cette contribution est essentielle pour le plan d'achat global et les décisions stratégiques. Le/La titulaire du poste veillera à ce que la capacité soit optimisée pour soutenir les objectifs globaux de la branche, en identifiant et en exécutant des plans d'action pour atténuer les situations de capacité sous-utilisée/surutilisée au sein du segment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,800.00 and $181,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
