Who you are:

As a Purchasing Specialist with Frost, you are our key support. You will assist by maintaining and balancing inventories and assigning billing items ordered by other departments. You have a keen attention to detail, and you notice the little details. You enjoy working with others with a servant-hearted attitude. More than that, this role is about delivering top-quality work and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Review inventories and order as required

• Assign billing for items ordered by departments

• Obtain and analyze proposals for items to be purchased

• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis

• Use eProcurement software to issue POs, source and invoice

• Communicate with various departments for purchasing needs

• Research and resolve problems associated with product issuance and delivery

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

• Must be able to drive a company vehicle
