• Immersive Training 4 days of live, hands-on instruction at our corporate center
• Home Study Deep dive into choreography and technique mastery
• Ongoing Education Quarterly choreography refreshers and continuous learning opportunities

• Guide up to 20 clients through high-energy, transformative barre classes
• Deliver music-driven, rhythm-based workouts with precision and enthusiasm
• Build authentic connections and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment
• Inspire, support, and challenge clients to achieve their best selves

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A passion for fitness and helping others succeed

Preferred Background (Not Required)

• Dance experience
• Cheerleading or gymnastics background
• Group fitness instruction

Physical Requirements

• Teach 50-minute, high-intensity classes
• Demonstrate full-body exercises, including hand weight work and dynamic movements
