PVV Agent (Procurement & Vendor Vault Agent)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PVV Agent (Procurement & Vendor Vault Agent) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing our procurement processes and maintaining our vendor database, ensuring that we have access to the best resources in the industry. As a PVV Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality photography supplies and equipment, negotiating contracts with vendors, and managing relationships with local and national suppliers. This position is essential for the smooth operation of our photography services, allowing us to deliver exceptional imagery that enhances our clients' listings. You will also play a key role in evaluating vendor performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for photography and an eye for detail, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Open and maintain a compliant business bank account (new or reactivated) for operational purposes.
• Securely link the designated account to the firm’s centralized database following internal onboarding protocols.
• Receive disbursed funds from the firm based on assigned procurement volumes and investor demand.
• Purchase specified assets or inventory and coordinate distribution into designated investors’ digital wallets.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of fund allocations, purchases, and wallet distributions.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with the CFO and follow all financial guidelines and risk controls.
• Keep accurate records of disbursements, purchases, and distribution reports for audit and compliance purposes.
• Report any discrepancies or operational challenges promptly to the CFO.

• Must be able to legally open and operate a business bank account.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured financial processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in finance, operations, procurement, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and compliance guidelines.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling funds and sensitive financial data.
