Position: Field Welder / Iron Worker

For over 30 years, Pioneer Welding & Fabrication has specialized in Division 5 structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and installation. Our projects range from small-scale builds to large commercial work, including beams, rails, gates, and more. Position Summary

We are hiring Field Welders and Iron Workers with experience in:

• Structural 7018 stick welding (3G and 4G).

• 6022 stick deck welding.

• Torch cutting.

• Structural steel connections and assembly.

• Operation of scissor and boom lifts.

Applicants will be invited to complete a welding test to demonstrate skills.

• Must agree to Safety and Equipment Policies.

• Must be drug-free.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Willingness to work out of town on occasion (per diem/pay structure discussed during testing).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour.

• Hours: Full-time or part-time; standard 40 hours per week.

• Shifts: 8-hour day shifts.

• Benefits: Paid time off.

Experience (Required)

• Stick welding: 1 year.

• Metal building erection: 1 year.
