About the Role
We are looking for an experienced LLM Engineer to help us build intelligent, automated systems that enhance both internal workflows and customer-facing applications. Your work will directly contribute to the development of AI agents that automate complex business processes, as well as generate dynamic, real-time commentary content for games such as FIFA, NBA, and more.
This is a hybrid role based in Prague, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge LLM frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal models that process both language and vision. You will collaborate with a small, fast-moving team of ML engineers, product developers, and domain experts to design systems that combine reasoning, tool use, and creative content generation.
What you will be doing
- You will be part of a team that uses state-of-the-art technologies for generation of photorealistic and dynamic digital humans.
- You will cooperate with an international team of AI researchers and developers and help them to push the boundaries of what is possible in descriptive and generative video and audio models.
- You will help our research teams to translate model outputs into production-ready services, ensuring responsive and great user experiences.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, data versioning and management and deployment of models.
- You will be also responsible for maintaining production code quality and ensuring the best software development practices within the team.
- You will develop and manage Python-based microservices and APIs that interface with various GenAI models.
Skills you need
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with complex data processing pipelines for training of ML models at scale, especially of video and audio models.
- Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch), computer vision (OpenCV) and/or audio processing libraries (Librosa, torchaudio).
- Experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with ML experiment tracking and versioning (MLflow).
- Obviously, a strong expertise in Git, GitHub, and version control.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
Bonus useful skills
- Everything that is connected with the lifecycle of a model from deployment (FastAPI, SageMaker, Triton) to monitoring.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with model performance optimization (TensorRT, ONNX).
- Experience with realtime or near-realtime model inference on streaming video data.
