QA and Delivery MGR

Bluespine is on a mission to transform healthcare spending for self‑insured employers. Using AI‑driven payment integrity and claims analytics, we identify overbilling and deliver measurable savings—validating medical and pharmacy claims at scale against plan policies, contracts, and coding rules.

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary manager to lead the entire product delivery lifecycle, overseeing and managing technical team, SMEs, and product operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with project-management expertise and a proven ability to improve and optimize processes. They should leverage our technology to drive productivity and push enhancements based on real field needs. • 6+ years in Delivery/Program/Project Management for B2B SaaS or data/analytics products; startup experience required
• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing teams.
• Proven record running high‑pace, multi‑workstream implementations with enterprise customers.
• Hands‑on Agile/Scrum, Jira.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
