The RoleResponsibilities:Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy, aligned with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.Lead the QA automation team in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks.Manage and maintain the test automation environment and infrastructure.Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Mentor and coach team members on automation best practices and techniques.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in automation tools and technologies.Work with stakeholders to define and track Quality Assurance (QA) metrics.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.Proven experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.Expertise in one or more automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile principles.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
It would be great if you also had:Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Worked in Banking and Financial Services domain.Exposure to cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).Experience with Agile development methodologies.
