QA Automation Team Leader

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented QA Team Leader to join our R&D team.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to drive high-quality deliverables.
• Reporting to QA Group Manager, working closely with Dev Team Leaders, Product Managers, and other Quality leaders in the organization
• Conducting and coordinating software development and testing activities
• Being a key stakeholder and decision maker in product design and release activities
• Owning and leading major part of product’s automation vision and roadmap
• Building the foundations for testing environments, scenarios and automation framework
• Maintaining and managing the current automation projects and standards

What is needed to succeed?

• Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or graduate of leading technological units
• At least 5 years of experience in software development industry
• Proven experience in leading QA/Automation teams
• Background in .NET (C#) or Java and related technologies. Significant exposure to other technologies
• Extensive experience and deep expertise in E2E (End-to-End) testing frameworks, including Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer, or any equivalent tools.
• Proficient in working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Github Actions or any of their equivalents.”
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; communicating clearly and comprehensively to senior management and other stakeholders
