As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dedicated QA Document Specialist  to join our quality team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

Document Management: 

• Review new/revised documentation for compliance with SQF standards, manage document request mailbox, and create COA templates and customer standards.

Quality Assurance: 

• Track raw material and finished goods lab status, communicate with external labs, and create accurate Certificates of Analysis against lab results and specifications.

Communication: 

• Maintain timely correspondence with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding product quality, documentation needs, and escalate issues when necessary.

Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of quality experience in the food industry is a MUST
• Experience in Food Quality Documentation (Allergen statements, Country of Origin, Letters of Guarantee, Kosher Certifications, Certificate of Treatment, SQF certificate, Nutritional information, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask effectively and work well in a team environment,
• No sensitivity to food or strong spice aromas.

 Pay range: $23-$25
