QA Engineer

The Research and Development (R&D) team is looking to expand its presence in Tunis by hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional.
This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by conducting thorough testing, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
The QA specialist will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, automating testing processes where applicable, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Designing and writing test scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.
• Executing test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
• Performing manual testing on new and existing features to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identifying, logging, tracking, and assisting in the resolution of software bugs to improve system stability.
• Developing and implementing automated tests using appropriate test automation tools.
• Running and maintaining automated regression test suites to ensure continuous software reliability.
• Providing functional support and guidance to other teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Applying and promoting testing best practices and tools to optimize testing processes.
• Ensuring proper documentation of test results, reports, and user guidance for seamless knowledge sharing.
• Supporting clients in the implementation of tested functionalities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.

 

• Strong functional knowledge in finance, ideally in front-office processing.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and best practices
• Hands-on experience with test automation, preferably using tools like VERIFIX or similar.
• You are based in Tunis.
• Proactive, positive, and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate efficiently with teams.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, issue resolution, and change management.
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) to facilitate global communication.
