QA Engineer

Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a QA Engineer. As a QA Engineer at AllCloud, you will design and execute tests with emphasis on business scenarios, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities for the Salesforce platform.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Lead the aspects of QA in the Salesforce environment during release management
• Design and execute manual tests with emphasis on business scenarios
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Push for bug fixes, re-testing, and follow-ups
• Keep and manage the traceability matrix of all features and developed processes

• 1 Years of similar experience testing CRM software products (experience in Salesforce environment- advantage) 
• Knowledge of concepts and Methodologies of QA
• Experience in testing complex processes and integrations with external systems.
• Experience in managing testing processes according to the development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in an Agile environment with development teams, product owners, and business analysts
• Great communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Certifications Preferred 

• ISTQB Certification
• A graduate with a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields - advantage
