QA Engineer - UAT

ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you're in the heart of Lithuania, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance sector, working on exciting project that supports the technology needed to keep the functions fully operational.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business and user needs.
• Conduct UX/UI testing to ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Design, execute, and document manual test cases across web and internal applications.
• Log and track issues using Jira; maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure usability and functionality.
• Perform cross-device testing, and validate workflows on proprietary systems (e.g., IBM AS400).
• Use DBeaver to run queries and verify test data as part of UAT.
• Validate results and contribute to continuous improvements in the testing process.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Solid experience in UAT and UX/UI testing.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• At least 1 year of manual testing experience.
• Experience in banking or enterprise environments is a plus.
• English proficiency (B2/C1 level).

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for Lithuanian citizens only): 2000-3000 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
