QA Lead - Financial Services

Our client is seeking an experienced QA Lead to lead testing efforts across their financial services applications, focusing on manual and functional testing within equity domain workflows.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Perform functional testing across UI, API, data flow, and batch job processing
• Create comprehensive test plans and testing documentation for application releases
• Lead and report on testing progress, completion metrics, and quality assurance status for releases
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution workflows
• Design and execute manual testing scenarios within equity plan administration workflows
• Mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• 10+ years of QA and manual testing experience
• Demonstrated expertise in equity domain testing and workflows
• Strong proficiency in functional testing (UI, API, data validation, batch job processing)
• Proven experience creating test plans and managing test reporting
• Solid understanding of defect management and quality assurance processes
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Equity plan administration knowledge a plus
