Job Description - QA Lead (Retail)

Candidate should have 9+ yrs of experience in QA and should be well aware of QA concepts.
Candidate should be willing to work during the weekends
Candidate should be able to communicate well across teams and work on their assignments on their own.
Candidate should support releases every other weekend mostly and light releases in between.
Candidate Must have good Manual testing experience

Requirements

Knowledge on Mortgage is a plus
Knowledge on Encompass product is a plus
Good at customer interaction
Working experience on Agile process
Be adaptable to changing priorities
Be self -motivated and organized
Experience in Handling Offshore team
