🩺 QA/LVN – Quality Assurance Nurse

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON)

The QA/LVN is responsible for ensuring overall compliance with State and Federal nursing guidelines and managing key aspects of quality assurance for the Agency.

🎓Qualifications

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensed in the state of Texas

• Two years of Home Health experience required

🧩 Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule and review documentation for accuracy and compliance


• Review OASIS comprehensive assessments and 485’s for appropriateness and adherence to the physician’s plan of care


• Consult with physicians when needed to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality client care


• Assist with medical and office supplies management
