About the Client  


Our client is an American IT distribution company with a team of 22,000 people working in over 100 countries.


What You’ll Do



  • Establish a data-driven quality framework, ensuring quality is measurable, transparent, and continuously improved through metrics.

  • Lead the transformation of the QA organization from predominantly manual testing to a fully automated, AI-enabled testing ecosystem.

  • Act as a change agent, influencing and coaching teams toward the adoption of modern testing practices and an automation-first mindset.

  • Define and govern the overall Testing Strategy, including clear entry and exit criteria (KPIs) for all project deliveries.

  • Deliver structured and executive-level reporting, covering:

  • Testing progress

  • Defect status and trends

  • Risks and blockers

  • Go/No-Go recommendations for releases

  • A federation approach for testing practice between the Enterprise and Digital teams, as we have different working practices at this stage


What You Bring



  • 6-7+  years of experience in Senior QA/test management or QA transformation

  • Experience building or maturing a QA Center of Excellence or federated testing model

  • Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, metrics, and governance

  • Change management experience, especially moving teams from manual-heavy testing toward automation

  • Strong consulting presence and communication skills

  • Experience with modern QA tooling, including:

    • Test Management: qTest

    • Performance & Load Testing: BlazeMeter

    • API Testing & Documentation: Bruno, Swagger (OpenAPI)

    • Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright

    • CI/CD & Test Integration: Azure DevOps (ADO)
