Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, Quality Assurance Coordinator), you will administer policies and programs to ensure that our products and processes meet established quality standards. Your role will involve implementing quality standards, ensuring compliance at every stage of the process, and serving as the primary liaison for all Quality Assurance Initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or other related field. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Visio, Oracle Business Systems, Infinity QS, etc.
Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of water chemistry, microbiological analysis methods, chemical analysis methods, laboratory systems and beverage sanitation practices.
Demonstrated ability to use data for creative problem solving, experience using statistical software packages.
Quality Inspection Experience, Quality Control Data Analysis, Experience in a Manufacturing Environment, Leadership / People Management.
