Job description
• We are looking for a high-performing QA Lead (Testing) to join our team and lead a group of QA testers.
• The successful candidate will be a passionate, experienced professional with a deep understanding of quality assurance and testing principles.
• This person must possess the technical skills and leadership capabilities to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our clients.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
• Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of success in delivering high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software is delivered to clients
• Utilize automation testing tools to ensure that software meets quality assurance standards
• Analyze software requirements and design specifications to develop effective test plans
• Document and report software defects and errors
• Monitor the execution of test plans and provide feedback
• Assist in the development of software quality assurance standards
• Train and mentor junior QA staff
• Stay up-to-date with current testing tools and technologies
• Lead and manage a team of QA professionals
We are searching for a QA Lead (Testing) with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience
