What would you be doing?

• Lead and manage the End-to-End QA team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate closely with QA Group Manager, Development Team Leaders, Product Managers, and other Quality leaders across the organization
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee software testing and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle
• Act as a key stakeholder and decision-maker in product design, quality strategy, and release readiness
• Define, implement, and evolve QA strategies and best practices across multiple teams and product lines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in QA or Test Engineering roles
• 5+ years in a QA Team Lead or equivalent leadership position
• Proven experience in designing and implementing testing strategies for complex products
• Hands on experience with Cloud based products
• Hands-on experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or equivalents
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
