Navy or U.S. Coast Guard systems
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of Network Infrastructure experience
10+ years experience providing testing and evaluation
5+ years experience leading a team
5+ years of experience using Micro Focus Application Life-cycle Management or Quality Center
Ability to quickly understand business issues and data challenges
Ability to meet project deadlines and schedules
Effective communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels of management
Experience with the C4ISR systems is desired
ISTQB certifications is preferred
DUTIES: Create, review and execute of test plans and procedures for C4ISR systems.
Perform testing in shore test facilities, on asset, and in remote locations; prepare Test Observation Reports.
Coordinate testing with TEMPEST, Cybersecurity, Safety and Combat Systems Certification teams.
Troubleshoot systems under test and simulation and/or stimulation sources.
Perform root cause analysis.
Prepare and review test reports.
Perform requirements verification (including Cybersecurity), validation and mapping.
Operate Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) test suites.
Perform analysis for Engineering Review Boards.
Manage CG-9335 software defect tracking, test & evaluation database, Quality Center. Customize test plans and reports. Perform monthly reviews of all outstanding system trouble reports and system improvement requests to update current status.
Provide technical expertise on the operation of Tactical Data Links and Link simulation software (including the Command and Control Processor System C2PS, Gateway Manager, and Multi-Link Simulation Testing & Training Tool MLST3).
Perform testing in shore test facilities, on asset, and in remote locations; prepare Test Observation Reports.
