Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and conducting training classes. Schedule training sessions and coordinate logistics, including room bookings and equipment setup. Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation for training sessions. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by providing training materials and guidance. Assist in placing new hires into the company's portal and tracking their progress. Collaborate with QA team members and other departments to ensure training needs are met. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback. Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of High School degree or Associate’s degree Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably in the QA field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
