Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Location: Mukilteo, WA. This is an on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with our construction and field teams while supporting active projects throughout the region.

Note: Candidates should bring 4+ years of directly relevant construction QA/QC or quality control experience. Experience with general contracting, civil construction, infrastructure, public works, utilities, concrete, or similar construction environments is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across active construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project-specific quality control plans and procedures.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and contract requirements to verify work meets project standards.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate required testing, documentation, and quality verification.
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Track deficiencies, nonconforming work, corrective actions, punch-list items, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain organized inspection records, testing reports, quality logs, and supporting project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and other project stakeholders regarding quality requirements.
• Help prevent rework by identifying potential issues early and promoting consistent construction practices.
• Support continuous improvement of company-wide QA/QC procedures and field quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction QA/QC, quality control, inspection, or closely related construction experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, plans, and technical requirements.
• Experience working with general contractors or on civil, infrastructure, municipal, institutional, or public works projects preferred.
• Familiarity with earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, or related construction scopes is highly valuable.
• Strong documentation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project management and field operations teams.
• Relevant construction quality, inspection, or safety certifications are a plus.
