【Typical Accountability】
1. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans using tools like TestRail
2. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure high-quality feature releases
3. Write and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Pytest, Appium, or Playwright
4. Track, document, and manage defects via Jira, ensuring timely resolution
5. Improve regression testing processes through automation and optimization
6. Contribute to CI process by supporting setup and maintenance of pipelines
7. Share QA best practices and raise the team’s overall quality awareness

【Essential Competencies】
1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 2+ years experience testing mobile apps, web apps, or RESTful APIs
3. Familiar with at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python)
4. Hands-on experience with SQL and database queries
5. Skilled in writing test plans and cases using tools like TestRail
6. Experience with Postman, Swagger, or other API documentation tools
7. Understanding of test automation frameworks (Pytest, Appium, Playwright)
8. Ability to analyze defects, identify root causes, and assess release impacts
9. Good command of English and excellent analytical thinking

2. 至少 2 年以上 mobile、web 或 API 測試經驗
3. 熟悉 JavaScript 或 Python 其中一種語言
4. 能撰寫 SQL 查詢，具備資料庫基本操作能力
5. 熟悉 TestRail 測試管理工具，能撰寫與維護測試案例
6. 熟悉 Postman、Swagger 等 API 工具
7. 理解自動化測試架構（Pytest、Appium、Playwright）
8. 能夠分析缺陷並協助開發釐清問題與影響範圍
9. 良好的英文溝通能力與邏輯分析思維
