QC Inspector 1

 We’re hiring an experienced Regional Quality Manager to support projects across Houston, Beaumont, and the surrounding areas. 

Key Experience

• WPS / PQR / WPQ review and compliance (ASME Section IX)
• NDE report review (ASME Section V)
• Tracking and managing weld NDE percentages and acceptance rates
• Hydro & pneumatic testing (ASME B31.1, 31.3, etc)
• Weld mapping, weld logs, shooter sheets
• Coordinating NDE crews & managing repair cycles
• Managing QC inspectors and defining roles & responsibilities per contract
• Bluebeam (markups, redlines)
• Reading & redlining isos, P&IDs, and support details
• Ability to prioritize and manage quality activities across multiple concurrent projects

Civil & Structural Exposure

• Concrete & grouting SOPs
• Rebar drawings, schedules, and formwork
• Slump tests, cylinders/cubes, temperature tracking
• Structural steel inspection & documentation

Client & Regional Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and third-party inspectors
• Serve as the regional quality point of contact across multiple active projects
• Oversee quality documentation, turnover packages, and client closeout
• Strong field presence and clear communication with supervision, inspectors, and clients
