QC Inspector

Job Summary 

Inspects finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies, etc., for conformance to company standards. 

Primary Job Functions 

Education, Experience and Certification 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA, Joint Commissioning and safety procedures with skills in conducting accident investigations and safety inspections.  

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, critical thinking skills, and proficiency with standard testing tools.  

• ISO Lead Auditor Certification with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards  

• Knowledge of recognized and generally accepted good engineering practice regulations and codes.  

• Excellent analytical and computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite.  

• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.  

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Determine if the role has the authority over budget or revenue. If so, you must describe in what manner in the description box. 

People Management 

Does this role have to manage other people? Complete time sheets, determine goals, etc 

 No 

Travel Requirements 

• What percentage of their role do they have to leave their base location? Base location is a specific office or home location. Up to 10%.
