QC Operator

We are looking for a QC Operator to join the Quality team. In this role you will take an active part in promoting quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the site.

• Perform in-process quality checks across production departments, including proper documentation and reporting of findings
• Inspect incoming materials and components, and authorize release for use in production
• Approve machine setup and initial production runs to ensure compliance with standards
• Support quality assurance activities, including process validations and audits
• Identify, investigate, and document process deviations and nonconformities
• Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs; prepare detailed reports and summaries
• Coordinate and maintain records for the annual calibration plan and related activities

• Experience working in a laboratory, quality control, or production environment
• Hands-on experience with controlled documents, including writing, reviewing, and updating procedures
• Familiarity with ERP systems – advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong time management and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Hebrew – required; English – an advantage
