  • Manage SAP QM activities, including quality plans, quality characteristics, methods, COAs, and Material Master QM setup and updates.

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve COA issues, quality concerns, and product requirements.

  • Develop and maintain the QC department budget and support annual quality objectives and goals.

  • Provide data, metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and root cause analysis to support performance improvement and corporate initiatives.

  • Identify key quality characteristics, establish appropriate metrics, collect data, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles and help develop improved testing methods that meet customer requirements efficiently and competitively.

  • Ensure applicable GMP and safe work practices are followed within the quality department and support site HSES activities.

  • Support corporate quality initiatives, Management of Change (MOC), product reviews, and other quality improvement projects.

  • Interface with SAP, MES, and other quality data systems and maintain information related to OOS materials and dispositions.
